Write for Noises Off
Noises Off is the heart of discussion at the National Student Drama Festival. The magazine is printed daily during the festival, with extra content uploaded online. Noises Off provides a platform for criticism, celebration and a continuation of each day’s discussion.
As a writer for Noises Off you will be expected to cover the majority of the shows as well as write a mixture of features, interviews, opinion and humour pieces throughout the week.
The 2018 Festival is taking place in Leicester from 24th-30th March. In the first year of this scheme we are able to cover the cost of your Festival ticket, and we will provide lunch and dinner each day. If you aren't resident in Leicester, we will provide your accommodation. We ask you to pay for your own travel to and from the Festival, however we don’t want anyone to be put off from applying for financial reasons. If you are unable to pay for your travel for whatever reason, we have bursaries available.
Noises Off wants to encourage a diverse range of voices. We particularly encourage BAME writers and disabled writers. All access requirements will be met.
Applications close 21st January. This form does not auto-save. We strongly recommend completing your answers for Section 3 in a word processing document and copying them in.
