Being in the Moment

The session will be a fun and focused exploration of being sensitive, open and dynamic in a rehearsal room and/or on stage. We'll use Shakespeare/Contemporary text, drama games and improv as an anchor and then attempt to embody and grow within the physical space and ourselves.  We'll remind ourselves of the basics: the techniques we've learned and experiences we've had and acknowledge the fact we are constantly evolving. This is a practical acting session. Scripts provided. Please wear comfy shoes and clothes you can move in freely.
